Realization of an ambitious project: 150sqm distributed on two levels, entirely developed and built by our carpentry; a considerable commitment that has generated a substantial characterization of the spaces and optimization of comfort.
We are on the top floor of a prestigious new building, which overlooks the Jesolo coast with its colors and scents, changing and splendid in every season.
The apartment enjoys a privileged and ventilated position, which overlooks a large terrace through large sliding windows.
The living room is a bright open space characterized by a roof made of exposed beams and large openings from which you can appreciate the exclusive view.
All furnishings have been designed and made to measure to ensure space optimization. The materials used are the result of careful studies and tests of combinations of shades to give balance and continuity between the colors of the lagoon and the interiors of the attic.
